Hygiene & Safety Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all lash trays are considered cosmetic products and cannot be returned or refunded if opened, used, or tampered with.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Please choose carefully before purchasing.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your product:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a manufacturing fault

  • Is significantly different from what was described

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Include your order number

  • A replacement (if stock is available)

We do not refund shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect style choice

  • Preference changes

  • Incorrect application

  • Allergic reactions (please patch test prior to use)

All product descriptions are provided to help you choose the correct lash style.


Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped, HVN IN HELL COSMETICS is not responsible for:

  • Lost parcels

  • Delays caused by the courier

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your parcel is marked as delivered, you must contact the courier directly.


Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
