Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

During launches, restocks, or promotional periods, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We currently ship:

• Australia-wide
• International TBC

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods and will be clearly stated.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

HVN IN HELL COSMETICS is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses
• Returned-to-sender parcels due to customer error

If your parcel is returned to us, you will be required to pay for reshipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier
• Parcels marked as delivered
• Stolen packages

If your parcel is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
